Program Outline & Pricing


HOW IT WORKS:

The framework for each coaching program is tailored just for you, depending on your program choice, the goals you want to achieve, the challenges you are facing and what works best for your body and lifestyle.

Step One:      Set up a FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION.  Before committing to a program, and at no charge to you, I offer the opportunity to arrange a one hour in-person or virtual meeting with the main intention of getting to know each other and for each of us to have an opportunity to ask and answer any questions that we might have.  Prior to the consultation, I will forward a client questionnaire to you and ask that you complete and send it back to me at least 24 hours before our consult – that way, I can become familiar with you, your health history and any future health goals you have set for yourself. 

Step Two:      CHOOSE A PROGRAM that best suits your needs based on our consult.  At that time, we finalize payment options as well as schedule our follow-up sessions that occur throughout the course of your program so they are set in the calendar.

In your ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS, I will suggest the top 1-3 diet or lifestyle changes that will address your concerns and help to outline an action plan to implement each step on a daily basis.  The goal is to knit these changes into your day-to-day lifestyle.  As the sessions continue, we build on your progress or shift and make changes based on any challenges you encounter.  I also introduce small “homework” assignments between each follow-up session that you use to troubleshoot and educate yourself about the issues that surface along the way.

 My job is to hold you accountable to your goals and commitments, offer support when needed and guidance or instruction with any specific lifestyle topics you have (i.e. meal planning, exercise, self-care practices).

30-Day INTENSIVE

Suggested to those looking to “tweak” their routine a bit or seek advice and/or change around a singular stubborn area you feel could do with some improvement. Program Includes:

  • Four(4) 45-minute one-on-one sessions (virtual or in-person) – averaging one session a week over the course of the 30 days

  • Unlimited texting/email contact to address day-to-day questions or concerns

  • One (1) 75-minute private yoga session

  • Bi-weekly recipe recommendations (3-5 recipes based on your dietary needs as discussed in initial consultation)

  • Self-care kit that includes small items to encourage you on your journey to better health

    Cost: $550 (one payment at beginning of program)

90-Day MINDSET SHIFT

Suggested to those who have a rough idea of what they need or want but haven’t started yet or they’ve started but really need support to keep going.  Issues like lack of motivation, regulating stress/anxiety around self-care or seeking new suggestions to shift their lifestyle mindset will be addressed. Program Includes:

  • Six (6) 1-hour one-on-one sessions (virtual or in-person) – averaging one session every other week over the course of the 90 days

  • Unlimited texting/email contact to address day-to-day questions or concerns

  • Three (3) 75-minute private yoga sessions

  • One (1)  1-hour meal prep cooking lesson OR One (1) 1-hour grocery store tour

  • Bi-weekly recipe recommendations (3-5 recipes based on your dietary needs as discussed in initial consultation)

  • Bi-weekly journaling prompts to encourage awareness around habit, behaviors and mindset

  • Self-care kit that includes small items to encourage you on your journey to better health

    Cost: $1,500 (one payment at beginning of program OR 3 monthly payments of $500)

6-Month TRANSFORMATION

Suggested to those who feel overwhelmed in their lifestyle or those who just don’t know where to begin to make the changes they know or feel they need.  Together we explores areas of resistance and the roadblocks in behavior that keep you stuck and we develop a plan to transform your health and wellness & empower you to consistently make the right choices towards a healthier sustainable lifestyle. Program Includes:

  • Twelve (12) 1-hour one-on-one sessions (virtual or in-person) – averaging one session every other week over the course of 6 months

  • Unlimited texting/email contact to address day-to-day questions or concerns

  • Six (6) 1 hour private yoga sessions

  • Weekly emails containing suggested ideas, homework exercises practices to introduce self-care and mindfulness into your daily/weekly schedule

  • One (1) 1-hour meal prep cooking lesson OR One (1) 1-hour grocery store tour

  • Bi-weekly recipe recommendations (3-5 recipes based on your dietary needs as discussed in initial consultation)

  • Bi-weekly journaling prompts to explore shifting internal negativity or self-doubt and empowering change and authenticity

  • An introduction to meditation practices and developing a daily mindfulness/sadhana practice that fits into your morning/evening routine

  • Self-care kit that includes small items to encourage you on your journey to better health

    Cost: $2,200 (one time payment at beginning of program OR 5 monthly payments of $440)
