Program Outline & Pricing
HOW IT WORKS:
The framework for each coaching program is tailored just for you, depending on your program choice, the goals you want to achieve, the challenges you are facing and what works best for your body and lifestyle.
Step One: Set up a FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION. Before committing to a program, and at no charge to you, I offer the opportunity to arrange a one hour in-person or virtual meeting with the main intention of getting to know each other and for each of us to have an opportunity to ask and answer any questions that we might have. Prior to the consultation, I will forward a client questionnaire to you and ask that you complete and send it back to me at least 24 hours before our consult – that way, I can become familiar with you, your health history and any future health goals you have set for yourself.
Step Two: CHOOSE A PROGRAM that best suits your needs based on our consult. At that time, we finalize payment options as well as schedule our follow-up sessions that occur throughout the course of your program so they are set in the calendar.
In your ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS, I will suggest the top 1-3 diet or lifestyle changes that will address your concerns and help to outline an action plan to implement each step on a daily basis. The goal is to knit these changes into your day-to-day lifestyle. As the sessions continue, we build on your progress or shift and make changes based on any challenges you encounter. I also introduce small “homework” assignments between each follow-up session that you use to troubleshoot and educate yourself about the issues that surface along the way.
My job is to hold you accountable to your goals and commitments, offer support when needed and guidance or instruction with any specific lifestyle topics you have (i.e. meal planning, exercise, self-care practices).
