FINDING PERSONAL WELLNESS FROM WITHIN

Have you ever heard yourself say any of the following: 

  • “Why do I feel like I’m stuck in survival mode?”

  • “I work so hard to do everything perfectly but I keep making the same mistakes over and over again. What is wrong with me?”

  • “I have no time for self-care – I have to take care of my job/my family first.”

  • “Diets never work for me - I give up because they always make me feel worse about myself when I can’t keep up with the restrictions.”

  • “I’m worried that my body isn’t the same as it used to be - my digestion has changed suddenly, I feel bloated and my skin is breaking out all the time.”

  • “I never sleep straight through the night.  My mind is always racing so I either can’t fall asleep or I can’t stay asleep without waking up in the middle of the night. Without enough caffeine, there is no way I’ll be able to function the next day.”
